In July 2025, we traveled back to the heart of Transylvania to the village of Érkőrös to team up with our longtime partner, KCA, to expand an existing building, transforming it into a vibrant hub for after-school tutoring, community events, and essential facilities like plumbing and toilets—amenities the village lacked until now. KCA laid the foundation and started the plumbing before we arrived so we could help them bring this vision to life: a space where kids can study, dream, and grow, where families can gather, and where the community can thrive. This isn’t just a building; it’s a beacon of hope, and we’re grateful to have had the chance to see it take shape with the help of our generous supporters.

To make this dream a reality, we raised $10,000 to cover the costs of concrete blocks for the walls and new bathrooms and concrete reinforcement for the roof. The remaining $2,000 towards our $12,000 goal is for wooden roofing materials, roofing plates, and gutters that we’re still looking to raise.

Every penny you donate goes directly to this project—thanks to our 100% model, where we promise that 100% of your contributions fund the materials and resources needed. We’ve seen the power of your generosity before, and we’re humbly asking for your support to help us hit this $12,000 goal and bring this transformative space to Érkőrös.
