In Told, Hungary, we partnered with Igazgyöngy (Real Pearl), a non-governmental organisation, on their mission to develop the communities in one of the most underprivileged regions of Hungary, near Berettyóújfalu. They have been working on the challenges of integration and development since 1999. Their programs include art education, talent development, family care, and vocational training courses. We were asked to help renovate and paint the outside of their center, after which we spent our time getting to know their students and art projects! We also recently purchased a laptop to be used by the students in the center!
