We Promise to Use 100% of Public Donations to Fund our Projects
We cover our operating costs and personal expenses so 100% of your money can help people in need. That means whatever we spend on overhead, we donate, so that every penny you give can be put towards basic necessities, construction materials in-country, and long-term solutions to poverty. We have no sponsor. We won’t reimburse ourselves later. And we’ll even pay back online and credit card payment fees so your donation can go directly to projects.

HUNGRY FOR HUNGARY DINNER
Twice, we’ve thrown a Hungarian party to benefit the people we’re going to serve. It’s an evening of Hungarian music, auction, prizes, and a delicious 4-course meal cooked from scratch by Susan’s mom, Rozalia Gulyas. We even cover all event costs, so that every dollar that comes in can go directly to people in need.
We had our first ever carnival in a bar earlier this year. Over 400 people joined us for a fun-filled night of games & prizes, popcorn & cotton candy to help us raise money for charity! All event costs were donated or paid for by our volunteers so that all proceeds from the event could go towards construction materials and basic necessities.
